• Are you real? Is this a scam?

Please rest assured that we are legally registered as a private company and have received business license in China.

• How about the quality of your product?

Our products are in high quality compared with many rivals. We pay much attention to our customers' shopping experience. We will always put it on our priority.

• Whether your photos are exactly the same with the products?

Most photos are shot by our own photographer, and only a few of them are from magazines.

• How To Choose Size？

The size chart maybe different due to different items, therefore we suggest you to check the individual measurement size chart under the detail description, then you will know if it fits you.

• Can I get a discount if I place a bulk order?

If your order exceeds $0, you can use a 20% discount coupon, which can be added to the order.

• What the payment method you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa & Master Credit Cards, UnionPay, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The Paypal is highly recommend.

• What is Paypal?

PayPal is a secure and trustworthy payment processing service which allows you to shop online. PayPal can be used at fashionvin.com to purchase items by Credit Card, Debit Card, or E-Check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account). fashionvin.com cannot see your card number as it is securely encrypted through PayPal's server. This limits the risk of unauthorized use and access.

• Is there any other choices for payment?

Yes, of course. For your convenience, we also accept the following payment methods: Visa & Master Credit Cards, UnionPay, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please contact support@fashionvin.com with your request or sales enquiry. We will respond to your email query within 1 working day.

• After making a payment, can I change my billing or shipping information?

Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service at support on our home page as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped out, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.

• How do I know if my payment has been received?

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order.

Shipping

• What the delivery company you use?

We have USPS, UPS, EMS, DHL, FedEx, Postal Service, etc.

• How much will be the shipping cost?

It depends on the weight of the package and the shipping method you choose. You can click the "add to cart" button on the products page, and the system will automatically calculate it for you.

• Do you offer free shipping?

No, we are factory offer wholesale business & drop-shipping, we do not offer free shipping. You can select any shipping method available.

• How long does it to take for preparing an order?

If the item is in stock, we will ship it out within 2 working days. If not, we may need 1-7 days to prepare for that.

• How long does it take to deliver it to me?

It depends on the shipping method you choose.

Return & Refund

• What is your return policy?

1. To initiate a return, please contact with sales manager within 3 days.
2. Items must be unworn and unwashed, undamaged, unaltered.
3. Lingerie or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
4. Any returns must be made at your own cost, after return, please write tracking number and website to sales manager.
5. Generally, we will refund within 7 business days after receive return items. Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees, actual shipping charges and tax for return.

Note: Please don't return goods to the sender address on the package. It is not a return address. Please contact with sales manager to get a return address.

• How to deal with, If the item is defective?

A.If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact with sales manager within 3 days to inform us of the issue.

1. You must add the photo or video of damage/defect item in email.
2. After confirming that the product has quality defects, we will arrange the refund to your original payment method or your fashionvin account balance without return damaged or defective item.
3. Generally, it will takes 3-5 business days for corfirm and refund.

Note: If we have not receive message or e-mail within 3 days after you receive the parcel, it will no longer qualify for a refund. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
